By accessing BeerCraving.com or using any part of the site or any content or services on the site, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.  If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, don’t use the site.

In order to submit, you are required to register with Beer Craving and create a login name and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Beer Craving password.

We reserve the right to delete any picture we want and edit submission content as deemed necessary.  Don’t steal photos people.  You are not allowed to post pictures you do not own the rights to.  If you feel your photos have been posted without permission please contact us immediately. 

Each user is ultimately responsible for their submissions and the consequences of posting or publishing them.

Once a photo is submitted to Beer Craving, it becomes the property of Craft Beer Media Group LLC, the parent company of BeerCraving.com.  

If you misuse Beer Craving, we reserve the right to delete or edit your account, posts or comments.

As a condition of use, you promise not to use the services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use, or any other purpose not reasonably intended by Beer Craving.

Beer Craving reserves the right to update or replace the Terms and Conditions if deemed necessary.
